HIP HOP vs. STREET THUMPS (Genre') "THE 411" by Philly's Own Gossip Girl

OK! Let's start calling this what it is...or better what it's not..."Hip Hop" During my research I came across this bit of info on Angel:
On December 9, 2012, the BBC announced that she had been nominated for the Sound of 2013 poll.[8]On January 3, 2013, Haze released a diss track supposedly aimed at Azealia Banks, titled "On the Edge.

So then I researched Azealia to decide which direction this blog will go: 2013–present: Broke with Expensive Taste Azealia Banks released a new song on December 31, 2012, called "BBD". The song had been originally planned for release on November 28, but was pushed back due to uncleared samples in the beat. The beat contains a sample of "Trap Shit V9" by UZ. It was revealed that "BBD" will be featured on Broke With Expensive Taste. On the same day, it was announced that the first official single from Broke With Expensive Taste would be called "Miss Amor", accompanied by a B-side called "Miss Camaraderie".[29]On January 6th it was announced that she had officially been dropped from her label (Interscope) after beefing with Angel Haze on twitter, and calling Perez Hilton a "messy f----t," and suggesting that he should "kill yourself ."Banks is openly bisexual.[30][31] During the few instances where she has discussed her sexuality, Banks has expressed dissatisfaction with society's labeling of others based on sexual orientation. In an interview with The New York Times, Banks stated, "I'm not trying to be, like, the bisexual, lesbian rapper. I don't live on other people's terms."[6]

First message to the Labels: You guys know exactly what you are paying for. And just like any other business that hire employees if you will, they train, educate and groom their employees or should I say "artists" in this case to represent the company. So, I ask, what ever happen to Artists Development- which should include: mentorship, life skills, conflict resolution and anger management! Why not? In today's society, where young folks lack parental guidance and mentorship and home training once you pay for your investment then treat it as such. Remember the youth who buy your records are already vulnerable and looking to emulate anyone to sustain their dreams.

Second Message to Angel Haze: "Really???" If I had a daughter, I would make sure she doesn't patronize you! Hell, I think you and your music should be boycotted! You ever heard the saying, "what doesn't kill you....makes your stronger?" Well, what it doesn't say is "when people who talk "ish" "about you.... air it on a social network" Listen, if the name of the game is making money then make money! Yea, we know these little beefs in the entertainment world conjure up numbers and rating but know, it works better for men than women. Women just make themselves look disgraceful and petty (as in JOKE) And another thing: whatever your sexual preference is... you don't have to wear it on your sleeves per se'. Whatever happen to respect for yourself? Geez, it's sad that you are a signed artists who have the opportunity to take it further.....where doors of opportunity will open for you quicker then someone who is not signed like movies, clothing, commercials etc but you and people like you can't get pass the ghetto mentality of he say/she say.....Hmmmm....

Third message to Azealia: If you did get dropped from your label, it's ashame especially since Angel has not been dropped from hers. I believe that your label should make an example out of this situation by adding etiquette classes to your contract along with conflict resolution and anger management. It should be all apart of artists development anyway! If they make money when you make money then hell, managers should not let their investment tweet without their approval because sometimes the heat of the moment get the best of you! I am not putting all the blame on the label or the manager, but like I stated before, when a business hire you with the qualifications they still train you to their way of doing things! The same exact thing I wrote for Angel goes to you too! You have millions of young artists who would love to be in your shoes. It's so crazy that you young people work hard to make it in the industry then when you get there you lose your damn mind! I'm not sure why your label or manager didn't say this to you but there are so many other things you can concentrate on then beefing over nothing with someone on twitter. Remember, women are looked upon differently than men when they do stuff like that! And in this exact time in society where so many people are losing sons, daughters, uncles, aunts, moms and dads to violence I think even yall fans are getting tired of it......

Hip Hop DOES NOT mean DISRESPECT! Hip Hop is talent, creativity, and even love of what you do it is not "BEEFIN" on social networks just because you are an artists! I hope you two young ladies get it together and find positive ways to divert your negative energy!

Philly's Own Gossip Girl telling you like it T.I. IS

Angel Haze & Azealia Banks Spar On Twitter

Angel Haze and Azealia Banks take to the social networking site to fire a few shots.
Angel Haze and Azealia Banks are the latest rappers to spar on Twitter.
After Banks interpreted some of Haze's tweets as subliminal, the "212" spitter responded directly to Haze. "@angelhaze hahahaa.. i see ur TL... first off... NOBODY WAS TALKING ABOUT YOU. second off.... weren't you the same girl in your interviews + on twitter saying you want to eat my pussy and shit... ??? third off.... you are not from new york. lol so whats the problem with me now? are you mad i rejected your sexual advances? Angel Haze has a crush on me. Thats it. Case Closed."
Haze was quick to respond with her own scathing messages. "Begging me to come hang out with you and your fat friends? You still wear rocawear. U are null and Tf void, RATpunzel. @AZEALIABANKS. You don’t want this fucking work. Bitch get those fuck ass paraplegic dicks out your twat and step the fuck on. @AZEALIABANKS."
Retweeting Azealia's first message, Haze asked why she was on her timeline and said that Banks had contacted her before she said anything about her. "First off, we all know nobody wants that sewage sweat pussy of yours. @AZEALIABANKS. Second off weren't you the same bitch in my texts? Bitch I got these screenshots."
Haze finished her tirade by writing, "And you don't want this to fade off twitter. So knock it offffff" and calling her a "charcoal skinned bitch."
Both have deleted their tweets, but check the screenshots below.
