Police say that two men were inside a Honda Accord when a man walked up, opened the passenger door and got into a dispute with the driver, according to 6ABC, adding that the man exchanged gunfire with the driver and was shot in the torso. He was pronounced dead at the scene.A 22-year-old, who has not been unidentified, was wounded once in the chest and twice in his right arm, according to philly.com. He is listed in critical condition at Temple University Hospital.

Residents watch the police investigation after a 36-year-old man was shot multiple times Sunday around 3:30 p.m. on the 2900 block of North 5th Street in the Fairhill section of Philadelphia. He was pronounced dead at Temple University Hospital a short time later.Click to view slideshow.
