Philly's Own Gossip Girl on "Should you be issued a license to be a parent?"

In our country, you are not allowed to drive unless you pass a test to get your license; Even with employment you can't get a specific job without credentials. Then why in heaven name don't we have policies in line for individuals who want to be parents?

Some people may say I'm just being ridiculous. But just hear me out.

We have so called parents who have neglected their children; abuse their children; KILLED their children; sexual abuse their children; abandon their children; children raising children and parents who are ill parenting. We all know that these issues are reflected in the high murder, violence, and crime rate we see today.

Then why can't we...... to avoid future generations of unwanted and misguided youth..... start monitoring parenting like we do driving in our country?

I'm SERIOUS! If you are fit to have a child; then why not fill out an application to do so?
Why not be interviewed by the same organization who makes the decisions that you are unfit and take your kids away? I'm curious to hear feedback on this topic. So holla at your girl!
