#GunCRisis July 4th Reporting

According to police, they responded to reports of gunfire around 2:15 a.m.
 and found a man on the sidewalk suffering from multiple gunshot wounds on
Green Street near 7th Street.

Officers rushed the victim to Hahnemann University Hospital where he
was pronounced dead.

The victim was shot in the chest, thigh and buttocks, according to an NBC10 report.
6ABC said that a suspect was spotted fleeing the scene on foot, but no arrests have been made.
Investigators were reviewing video from several nearby surveillance cameras.
