JOB TITLE: Assistant Director of Ticket Operations – Temple University Athletics
REPORTS TO: Director of Athletic Ticket Operations
SUPERVISES: Part-Time Ticket Sellers
SUMMARY:
This position will assist the Director of Athletic Ticket Operations with the day-to-day responsibilities of the Temple Athletics Ticket Office. The person in this position will utilize New Era Tickets/Paciolan software for all event creations and financial reports (Basketball) as well as Archtics (Ticketmaster) software for all event creations and financial reports (Football).
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course works in Marketing, business administration, or a related field. Must have prior ticketing knowledge and work in Archtics (Ticketmaster) software.
JOB DUTIES:
• Oversee ticket operations for Women's Basketball home games – including building all home games, mailing season tickets, managing ticket inventory, etc.
• Assist with ticket operations for Football and Men's Basketball. This may include season ticket printing, advance sales, etc.
• Oversee player/guest and coaches’ tickets for home Football games.
• Assist with away game/post season ticket requests and sales.
• Organize staffing and scheduling.
• Make daily deposits and oversee cash handling.
• Assist in Ticket Office for all games including management of Will Call.
• Oversee reprints selected for all events.
• Process all Athletics sales orders as assigned and assist Sales Office with needs.
• Serve as liaison to IMG Sales Department.
• Responsible for cash transportation and box office controls.
• Provide professional customer service to patrons and clients.
• Responsible for part-time seller training, scheduling, supervision and payroll.
• Supervise and oversee all financial settlements in regards to sellers and seller recaps.
• Process financial reconciliation such as daily reports, event statements and monthly reports.
• Assist in the maintenance of marketing/trade/comp policies for all events.
• Extensive weekend and evening work required.
