At least 39 evidence markers covered the street, and police believe that at least 27 shots were fired by the gunman or gunmen involved. Previously reported:

Three people were wounded on the block, numerous homes and cars were struck by gunfire as well. According to police at the scene a woman in the 6500 block of Buist Ave. was struck in the head as an innocent bystander in the second floor of her home. All the victims were taken by police to HUP. Neighbors were especially vocal on social media after four people were shot in Southwest Philadelphia Wednesday night.

Four people were wounded when shots were fired Wednesday night in the area of Daggett Street and Dicks Avenue in Southwest Philadelphia. One of the victims was grazed by a shot in her bedroom, a block from the incident scene. Another man was wounded in an earlier incident.
CBS3: Investigators say about 27 rounds were found at the scene.
