“Locked Up, Locked Out, Locked Away” Upcoming Event

SATURDAY, JANUARY 26, 2013

The NJ Council of Churches annual Issues & Action event will be held on Saturday, January 26, 2013 at Shiloh Baptist Church in Trenton, NJ from 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Our theme is “Locked Up, Locked Out, Locked Away” which will address incarceration in New Jersey and the United States
.
Speakers will include:

(Leader in addressing the issue of re-entry of prisoners into society)
Assemblywomen Bonnie Watson Coleman
New Jersey Legislature, District 15
Legislative Initiatives 

The design of the program will provide opportunities for participants to engage in dialogue and to discuss how their congregation might be engaged in prison ministries.
